Shipping Methods
Inkjet Online uses a range of Courier services.  Our dispatch team will choose the most suitable, reliable and fastest delivery method which caters to your location.  All orders will be delivered via a Courier service or the Australia Post EParcel system.  All orders are dispatched directly from warehouses across Australia.

**  Please Note:  Compatible inks (Ausjet) branded cartridges and papers will be sent via EParcel.  If the delivery address is not attended when the E-Parcel courier arrives the parcel will be taken to the closest Post Office for collection.


PO Box Delivery
- E-Parcel (Australia Post) will be used for deliveries to Post Office boxes & NT delivery addresses.
- Express shipping services are not available for large items to PO Boxes, as the carriers do not offer this service.


Large Item / Toners / Drums etc
- Toner cartridges, drums etc will be dispatched via a Courier service. Address must be suitable for courier delivery.
- Delivery address must be attended as a signature will be required.


Incorrect Address Supplied / Unattended Delivery Address  -  Re-Delivery of your Parcel

Please ensure your delivery address details are entered correctly.  Full address details are required.

  • Inkjet Online will not accept liability for incorrectly supplied address details.
  • Inkjet Online will not be responsbile for re-delivery fees in the event the address supplied is not suitable for courier delivery where signature is required.
  • If the delivery address was unattended at the time a courier attempted delivery, or the Courier could not access your property a re-delivery fee will apply.
  • If you do not wish to pay a re-delivery fee - a refund may be issued.  Please be aware though, courier fees incurred by us, from our supplier / carrier and handling charges will apply to your refund.

Authority To Leave
The following information is for people who would like us to attempt to have their product placed in a specific location regardless of the information contained on this page. Although standard operating procedure for ALL couriers is NOT to leave parcels, unofficially it may be possible. If you, the customer, make a specific request for your parcel to be left IN ANY LOCATION it is understood by both parties that this is an "only if possible, otherwise proceed as normal" type of request and further you are waiving any right you have to parcel tracking.

Once a parcel leaves the standard operating procedure it can no longer be tracked and therefore absolutely no further service can be given once the parcel has left the last depot of courier. All risk is borne by the customer - you. We strongly advise against requesting this!  If after all this you would still like to try and have your parcel left in a specific location we may comply with your request however we are in no way bound to do this. When you place an order with us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and the order will be processed and the parcel sent regardless of a special delivery request.

A special, highly visible label stating AUTHORITY TO LEAVE and your instructions, can be placed on your parcel. We will only do this if your instructions are EXTREMELY simple. Couriers will not spend time 'searching the front yard for the yellow plant pot that has a fake plant on top and space underneath', or 'Please leave next door' or 'Please leave around the back' these sort of requests expose 'them' to lost time, blame for damage and possible charges of trespass to name a few. It will not happen. Instructions like 'At foot of front door' or 'On chair under front verandah' may work. We must stress, 'may'.


Delivery Times
Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping method used and the delivery address provided.
As a guide, once your parcel has been dispatched from the warehouse location, delivery to major cities can take 1- 2 business working days.  For more rural or remote areas, delivery can take up to 5 business working days.
The Australia Post EParcel system can take from 3 - 5 days depending on the destination.



Delivery at Specific Times / Ringing Before Delivery - Leaving Parcel over Fence
Inkjet Online & Courier companies cannot:

  • Deliver at or between certain times
  • Ring before delivery of parcel
  • Throw parcel over the fence if the Courier cannot access the property.

Couriers can attempt delivery anytime from 7.00am to after 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Inkjet Online and Courier companies will not accept and allow throwing of parcels over fences.  Obviously there is an extremely high chance of damage to the goods which Inkjet Online or Couriers will not accept liability for.  A suitable delivery address must be supplied.


We only deliver WITHIN Australia to those destinations covered by Courier Networks & the Australia Post EParcel system.
If you are in an area that is NOT covered by next day delivery may take several days.


If you have not received your delivery, received the wrong product or the packaging is in someway damaged you must contact us within 7 days of the invoice date using the 'Contact Us' form in the HELP section. Please ensure you include the relevant Invoice number and full description of the problem in the message. If contact is not made in this time we reserve the right to reject any replacement request.

We reserve the right to change delivery service providers at any time.

All items purchased from Inkjet Online are made pursuant to a shipment contract.  No insurance or guarantee is offered on goods after they leave our premises. This means that the risk of loss and title for ordered goods pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.  It is accepted and understood that all orders are sent with intent to 'Safe Drop' parcels unless otherwise indicated by customer.  'Safe Drop' is where, in the delivery drivers opinion, they cannot safely leave the parcel in the customers post box, cannot deliver into customers hands, but can find a place that will be safe to leave the parcel for the customer to find later.  The customer is obliged to provide a suitable delivery address or indicate that they do not desire parcels to be safe dropped.  A 'suitable delivery address' is one that is very easily and accurately delivered to.  If customer indicates that they do not want their parcel 'Safe Dropped' then it is accepted that the parcel may be taken back to the closest post office.


  • We do not recommend keeping bulk stocks of spare cartridges on hand.
  • Only buy what you need to use in a reasonable time frame.

Printers do stop working for a number of reasons and these days its cheaper to buy a new printer than have the old one repaired.
If your printer does stop working and you have a number of cartridges in reserve you will have lost a considerable amount of money unnecessarily.
Please be aware - we do not take back cartridges after 90 days of purchase date - for further information refer to our 'Returns & Refunds" page.

Loss or Damages
Use of inkjetonline.com.au is an acceptance of the following:

  • Inkjet Online will not be liable in any way for loss resulting from faulty parts or delays.
  • This includes but is not limited to, damage to reputation, damage to machinery, loss of data or loss of business or profits.

Product Prices & Availability

  • Product availability and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • If the price of product ordered has changed or is not immediately available you will be informed by email and asked for further instructions.

Customer Obligations

  • In using inkjetonline.com.au you are accepting responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password details.
  • If you use inkjetonline.com.au you are agreeing to accept responsibility for any transactions that are made using your details.
  • Inkjet Online reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion without explanation.

All orders are processed almost immediately. An email requesting cancellation of an order will NOT be successful or effective.  
Call as soon as you find out that you have made an error.


  • Please select your goods carefully before placing your order. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the desired product is suitable for their individual purposes.

Billing Terms & Conditions


Payment can be made by; -

  • Credit Card - we accept VISA and MasterCard
  • PayPal - use your credit card or bank account
  • EFT (electronic funds transfer payment - please ensure you include your invoice number or name on the order. Orders cannot be processed until the funds are received in our account.

We verify all the billing information provided by the customer.
Please enter all information correctly otherwise your order will be delayed from 48 to 72 hours for further verification or cancelled.

To reduce credit card fraud any order of a large amount may require a signed Authorization Form to be filled out by the card holder, and faxed back to us for order processing.

We DO NOT accept international cards.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.
All prices are in Australian Dollars and include Goods & Services Tax (GST).
All products are covered by the manufacturers' warranty.
