All orders are delivered next day with Express Post as long as you order before 2.00 pm central Australian time. All orders are traceable through Express Post. We personally package your ink, toner and printer supplies order within hours of you placing the order. First, the items are picked from our store and assembled together. Then all the items are doubled checked against your order to ensure you get what you asked for. The items are then carefully packaged in appropriate packaging to ensure your order gets to you in good shape. We look after your order! Every evening at about 4pm all orders are dispatched to Express Post. Everything on our site is on our shelves, we are not drop shippers. Unfortunately these poor quality ink and toner cartridges are tarnishing the reputation of good quality cartridge manufacturers. Generic or compatible cartridges are a reliable and legitimate alternative to the more costly genuine ink and toner cartridges. You will find compatible ink and toner cartridges on our site only where we are convinced that they are of very high quality. We only stock compatible inkjet cartridges which we know work and give satisfactory results. At Inkjet Online we stock a range of different brands that we have personally tested. Whether its HP, Hewlett Packard, Canon, Epson, Kodak, Lexmark, Brother, Sharp or a Panasonic printer we can help you find the right product for your printer. The best way to find your product is to use the ‘Cartridge by printer’ choice under your brand in the category box. HP inkjet cartridges pretty much all have incorporated print heads so we don’t sell any generic versions of these but we do sell inkjet cartridge refill kits. Lexmark is the same so no generic versions of these inkjet cartridges either. Canon have a mixed bag although they seems to be leaning toward inbuilt print heads these days which I believe is a great option. It means the costly part, the print head, is only purchased once, and the ink, the cheap part, is all that needs replacing on an ongoing basis. Epson printers have always had inbuilt print heads and their cartridges have generally always been slightly cheaper as a result although the latest range of Canon printers with separate cartridges for each colour are extremelycompetitive now as well. Brother printer, Sharp printer and Panasonic printer are all ink only inkjet cartridges.
