The Epson Stylus N11 is a 4 colour inkjet printer. This Epson N11 printer is an inkjet printer which uses individual Epson ink cartridges. With the Epson N11 printer, you have the choice of using the Epson 132 economy ink cartridges, or the Epson 133 standard ink cartridges. The Epson N11 printer uses Epson Durabrite Ultra ink cartridges. You can expect printing speeds of up to 28 ppm black on draft setting and 15 ppm in colour. Ink Cartridges:
The Epson N11 Inkjet printer ships with a full set of Epson ink cartridges and some ink from the first set is used for priming the N11 printer. Yields will vary considerably based on images printed, print settings, paper type, frequency of use and ambient temperature. When an Epson N11 ink cartridge needs replacing, you cannot continue copying or printing without replacing the relevant Epson N11 ink cartridge, even if other ink cartridges don't need replacing.You should leave a cartridge needing replacement installed in the Epson N11 printer until you have obtained a replacement. Doing otherwise may cause ink remaining in the print head nozzles to dry out and affect the Epson N11 printers operation.To ensure ongoing print quality and trouble-free operation, a variable amount of ink will be present in a cartridge that is low on ink after the "Replace Cartridge" indicator comes on.The Epson N11 printer will use a quantity of ink from each Epson ink cartridge for print-head cleaning and maintenance and will use ink from all ink cartridges for both black and colour printing.
