The Epson R2000 Stylus Photo Printer is the lastest offering from Epson. The Epson R2000 is an inkjet printer capable of printing up to A3+ size on a variety of Epson inkjet papers. The Epson R2000 uses individual ink cartridges so you only need to replace the colours you use. The Epson R2000 stylus photo printer uses 8 individual high yield ink cartridges for a wide colour printing range and less time changing cartridges. The Epson R2000 uses the 159 Gloss Optimiser, 159 Photo Black, 159 Cyan, 159 Magenta, 159 Yellow, 159 Red, 159Matte Black and 159 Orange ink cartridges. With such a large range of ink cartridges the Epson R2000 can produce beautiful skin tones, smoother colour transitions and vibrant prints. Media versatility is a key selling point of the Epson R2000, able to print on photographic and fine art paper, canvas, 1.3mm thick board and also inkjet printable CD/DVDs. The Epson Stylus Photo R2000 printer has built in wireless and ethernet networking for easy connection. The Epson R2000 uses epson's intelligent LUT technology. Basically this means the Epson R2000 creates the optimal blends of inks depending how your image has been created, using RGB or CMYK colours. The Epson R2000 prints with smooth colour gradations and minimal grain. When turning the Epson R2000 on or off, this printer uses its vibration mechanism to gently agitate the ink in the 159 ink cartridges ensuring colour stability and consistent printing quality.
