We pay no commissions or fees. We buy in bulk and pass the savings on. Our processes are streamlined so that your order is processed as efficiently as possible. That’s why our prices are so low and our service so fast all the time.

We have been selling printer supplies for all the big brands for over 12 years in traditional retail and online since 2003. We are a real store with a real shop front incorporating over the counter sales with online sales. We send orders quite literally all over Australia. From Islands to sheep stations to Major Cities. We cover all Australian states and territories including NSW, New South Wales, VIC, Victoria, QLD, Queensland, ACT, Australian Capital Territory, SA, South Australia, NT, Northern Territory, WA, Western Australia and TAS, Tasmania. We have researched and invested a lot of time and money getting this store right so that you have the easiest and most secure shopping experience possible. All orders are delivered next day as long as you order before 4.00 pm central Australian time. All orders are traced through Australia Post or a well respected carrier with parcel tracking.

Although we are based in Adelaide, South Australia our business is Australian. Technology has made it possible for us to supply you with the same level of service whether we are 4000 klms away or next door to you.

When your order comes in it is processed on average within 2 hours. All the items are picked and assembled together, then the items are doubled checked against your order to ensure you get what you asked for and photographed for visual evidence. We look after your items! The items are then carefully packaged in appropriate packaging, bubble wrapped and boxed where possible with void fill to ensure your order gets to you in good shape. Every evening at about 4pm all orders are dispatched to Express Post or picked up by the relevant carrier.
