The Canon MG8250 inkjet printer is an all in one with just about every feature you could want in a printer. The MG8250 can print, copy and scan as well as print directly onto the surface of CD/DVDs and also does negative and slide scanning. Individual ink cartridges are used with the MG8250 so you only need to replace the ink you use, which really is a great option. The MG8250 uses 6 individual ink cartridges, PGI-525BK, CLI-526BK, CLI-526C, CLI-526M, CLI-526Y and CLI-526GY. The MG8250 printer cartridges are smart cartridges with chips on them to give you warning when the inks are running low, it won't just stop dead, giving you time to replace the ink cartridges. The Canon MG8250 printer has a large 3.5" colour screen so using the MG8250 is very easy. View your photos before you print them. The MG8250 has wireless capabilities so you can print from virtually anywhere in your home. Double sided printing is easy with the MG8250 as it has a built in duplexing unit which means you don't have to re-load the paper to get a double sided print, the MG8250 takes the hassle out of your hands. Features of the Canon MG8250 printer;
6 Individual Ink Cartridges. The Canon MG8250 printer uses smart chipped individual ink cartridges so you only need to replace what you use. The MG8250 smart cartridges give you warning when the ink is getting low so you have time to replace them before the machine comes to a halt. The MG8250 uses the PGI-525BK, CLI-526BK, CLI-526C, CLI-526M, CLI-526Y and also uses a grey cartridge, the CLI-526GY.
High quality printing. Great prints are standard with the MG8250 as it prints with a resolution of 9600 x2400 dpi resolution and has 1 pictolitre FINE print head technology. The MG8250 prints at speeds of up to 12.5 ipm in black, 9.3 ipm in colour and print a 4"x6" photo in about 20 seconds. The Canon MG8250 All in One printer has the capacity to print borderlessly up to A4 size.
Mobile Printing. With the Canon MG8250 you can print from or scan documents or your photos to iPhone, iPod and Android devices. You can also print directly to / from the Canon MG8250 using PictBridge from memory cards, usb drives or even mobile phones.
Pixma Cloud Link. With Pixma Cloud link you can print from anywhere on any internet enabled device using the Canon MG8250 printer. You can view and print templates and Picassa online photo albums directly from the MG8250.
Large 3.5" screen. The Canon MG8250 printer has a large 3.5" tiltable screen so you can eaily view and even correct your images before printing them out.
Intelligent Touch System. Lighted keys help you navigate your task easily with the Canon MG8250. Whatever task you are performing, only the relevant keys are illuminated to ensure easy operation. The MG8250 really does make printing, copying and scanning easy.

35mm Film Scan. Got some old negatives you want to put on your computer, do it with the MG8250. Scan and print photos directly from negatives or positives without the need for a computer, use the MG8250 printer.
Copying. Whether you are copying documents or photos, the Canon MG8250 will reproduce colours as close as possible due to Canons' dual colour gamut processing technology. You can also copy from the MG8250 without turning on your computer as its a standalone copier. The MG8250 produces the first copy in about 14 seconds.
Scanning. Documents and your photos are scanned at up to 4800 x9600 dpi resolution with the MG8250s' scanner. The MG8250 has the capability to scan to memory, which means you can save data directly to a memory card or USB drive for easy transportation.
Quick Start Feature. Tired of waiting for your printer to warm up, well you don't have to wait if you have a MG8250. The MG8250 is virtually operational from the moment your turn it on.
Double Sided Printing. The Canon MG8250 has an inbuilt auto duplexing unit which means if you want to do a double sided print, the MG8250 does it internally from either the cassette or the rear tray. The MG8250 is able to take the paper from either tray, you tell it where.
Connectivity. Setting up the MG8250 printer is quick and easy. The MG8250 has an easy Wi-Fi set up and supports WPS and WCN. The Wireless / Wired LAN of the MG8250 means you can print / scan from virtually anywhere in your home. The MG8250 can be shared among many users in the household.
Easy to use Software. Canon software is really great and the MG8250's software is no exception. Canon really do want you to get the most out of your printer and give you the software to do it. The MG8250's Easy WebPrint EX enables auto clipping from web pages, text enlargement and saves you paper when printing from the web with the MG8250.
